There are many reasons why people buy Viking products. These reasons apply to both indoor and outdoor kitchen appliances.
One of the reasons is that the product is of commercial quality even if it’s simply intended for personal or home use. Another of the reasons is that these units are handcrafted in the United States and are therefore 120 volts.
It is also said that having open burner or sealed burner configuration options help a lot in consumer sales since people get to choose whether they want the “commercial appearance/commercial power” offered by an open burner or if they want the “domestic appearance/easy clean sealed enamel surface/commercial power” option.
A Viking grill may fall under one of two Viking grill categories. The Ultra-Premium T-Series gas grills are shaped similarly to the letter “T” because of its built-in side tables which provide additional cooking room and storage for utensils.
Some examples of the T-Series are the 30” Ultra-Premium T-Series gas grill (VGBQ), the 30” Ultra-Premium T-Series grill with TruSear infrared burner (VGIQ), the 41” Ultra-Premium T-Series grill with TruSear Infrared burner (also the VIGQ), the 41” Ultra-Premium T-Series grill with TruSear and additional side burners, the 53” Ultra-Premium T-Series grill with TruSear and side burners (VGIQ), and the 53” Ultra-Premium T-Series grill with TruSear and side burners (also VGIQ).
They also incorporate infrared burners in some of its units. The Ultra-Premium E-Series gas grills, in the meantime, are designed for use with a custom enclosure, built into a stainless steel cabinetry, or may easily be used and placed on a portable cart made out of stainless steel.
Whichever Viking grill you select, it is important to choose one that’s right for you. At the same time, you should make sure that it is in working order.
